About SAVS

Southern Alliance Valuation Services Pty Ltd (SAVS) was established in 2002 primarily to service the needs of New South Wales State & Local Government Entities.

 

Since, SAVS has branched out to provide services to the private sector.

 

SAVS valuers are certified practising real estate valuers, associate members of the Australian Property Institute and Australian Valuers Institute, members of the APIV Scheme (Limitation of Liability), formerly employed by the NSW Valuer General (from 1988), the NSW State Valuation Office (from 1996) and others (from 2000). â€‹

Valuation experience ranged / ranges from assessing, determining & delivering statutory valuations for rating & taxing purposes, market valuations for stamp duty / transfer, capital gains tax & probate, recommendations & determinations for acquisition purposes, asset valuations of property portfolio's, valuations for financial purposes & due-diligence.

Valuations covering a variety of land uses ranging from low, medium & high density residential, small & large retail / commercial including mixed residential / commercial developments, small to large industrial property including industrial estates to specialised categories including major industry / projects eg: waste disposal / land fill & recycling outlets, Olympic village infrastructure, brewery sites etc.
